The forthcoming fourth Satanic abortion clinic can not come soon enough for me, as I have been researching our options in pushing forward our argument for legal exemption from state restrictions, on religious grounds, to send abortion pharmaceuticals anywhere in the United States. The opening of the Delaware clinic is something I see as a precursor to that. The following is a message from our Executive Director, and Director of TST Health, Erin Helian:
🚨TST HEALTH COMES TO DELAWARE 🚨
Dear Members and Supporters,
Last week, we shared stories from patients who turned to TST Health for care. Those stories reflect a crisis that is growing more urgent: abortion clinics are closing, the number of providers is shrinking, and the clinics that remain are being pushed beyond capacity by sustained legal, political, and financial pressure.
Patients are being left with fewer options, longer journeys, and greater costs.
Meanwhile, prominent organizations continue to raise money in the name of protecting abortion access even as their clinics close and services contract. TST Health has been moving in the opposite direction. We may be the only organization directly countering this trend by opening new clinics.
Our next step is Delaware.
Delaware is not simply another location. It is a strategically important place to expand care. Its shield-law framework, including HB 455, provides important protections against certain out-of-state investigations and legal actions involving reproductive healthcare that is lawful in Delaware.
Patients from nearby states with restrictive laws can travel to Delaware, attend a virtual appointment while physically present in the state, and have their medication sent to a Delaware mailing address. This creates another path to care for people whose options are rapidly disappearing.
TST Health does not charge for clinical services. Patients are only responsible for the cost of their medication (paid to our partner pharmacy), and financial assistance is available for those who need it. For nearly half of our patients, care also includes a prescription for ongoing contraception—because reproductive autonomy encompasses far more than a single procedure or moment in someone’s life.
Free to the patient, however, does not mean free to provide. Opening and operating clinics requires medical staff, insurance costs, secure telehealth infrastructure, administrative support, and funding for patients who cannot afford their medication.
That is why we need your help.
$25 can help provide a patient with care from our medical staff.
$100 can help sustain clinic operations.
$500 can move us significantly closer to launching our Delaware clinic.

Every clinic we open is a direct response to the clinics being lost. Every patient we serve demonstrates that abortion access does not have to continue disappearing.
At a time when others are failing to meet people’s needs, TST Health is expanding. With your support, Delaware will be our next clinic—but it will not be our last.
Help us reverse this trend, one clinic at a time.
With gratitude and resolve,
Erin Helian
